This Privacy Policy applies to the online platforms, including the website and mobile application, linked to this Privacy Policy (“Services”) provided by Enbody Life, LLC (“Enbody,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Privacy Policy applies to individually identifiable information you provide to us for purposes of obtaining medical care through the Services, also referred to as “Protected Health Information” (PHI), subject to our Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Notice of Privacy Practices (“HIPAA Notice”). This Privacy Policy supplements the HIPAA Notice for PHI. In case of conflict between this Privacy Policy and the HIPAA Notice, the HIPAA Notice will prevail. The HIPAA Notice does not cover information that is not PHI.

We do not sell personal information and have no plans to in the future. However, we respect and understand that you may still want to ensure your personal information is not sold.
