Do you have a refund policy?

After Shipment
Once the medication has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds. This includes all unused or partially used doses of semaglutide.
Unused Medication
We do not provide refunds for unused doses after the medication has been shipped. All sales are final once the product leaves our facility.

Labs Drawn

As part of the intake process, we may request some laboratory tests to gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs and to ensure the most appropriate treatment approach. This may involve a simple blood draw that can be done in our clinic or at a designated laboratory facility.

Labs Results
